Preparing for Your First Appointment
Your first visit with us will last approximately one hour and will be exclusively one-on-one with your physical therapist. We will perform a thorough, individualized evaluation to better understand how to help you and develop a plan of care to help you meet your goals. On your first visit, we may perform active exercise in the gym so please come dressed to move. We look forward to meeting you!
Cost
Conservative care is still the most affordable and safest option when it comes to overcoming pain or injury. Many insurance plans include physical therapy as part of your coverage, but may have a co-pay or deductible associated depending on your plan.
We are in-network with the following providers:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPP
- Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employer Program
- Health Net (Tricare WEST)
- Humana Military (Tricare EAST)
- Medicare
- Medicare Advantage
- Medicare PLUS Blue
If you are unsure of your physical therapy benefits, please contact us and we can help you find out your eligibility as best as we are able. Most insurance plans cover physical therapy but may have a co-pay or deductible applied.
If we do not accept your insurance, we are happy to work with you to submit a “superbill” for physical therapy through any out-of-network benefits your insurance plan may have.
Our non-insurance rates for physical therapy services are as follows:
- Initial Evaluation & Treatment: $125 (1 hour appointment)
- Dry Needling: $65 (30 minute appointment)
- Package visits: $100/visit in packages of 5 or 10 visits are available for patients using out-of-network insurance. Prepayment required.
- CrossFit Fenton Members: $100 visit. Package prepayment not required.
Pregnancy & postpartum package
$999 for 10 visits
Available to clients who do not carry insurance or carry out-of-network insurance, this package provides a discount off our normal rate. The 10 visits can be used at any point during the pregnancy or postpartum period. Typically, clients will use 5 visits during pregnancy and 5 visits during postpartum recovery. Those choosing this package will commit to at least 10 visits up-front although payment is taken visit-by-visit.
